Nursery Pics!

Reagan's nursery!
I've read so many things about decorating a nursery, everything from "don't bother" to "make it your own personal retreat".  I wanted to capture something relaxing and peaceful while keeping the room simple, clean and fun. After all, I will be spending lots of time in here over the next couple months!

We started by painting the [Sand Dollar] walls lilac gray, with fresh white trim.

I definitely wanted to have some natural wood in the room, I was able to score this amazing piece with some old rusty brackets still attached. Reagan's Nana suggested we use it as a shelf! PERFECT!!

The shelf will be the ideal spot for displaying her sweet knick-knacks and priceless goodies.
So far, we have numerous dried roses/wheat stalks in vases. A picture of me with my great-grandparents, Reagan's guardian angel carved by my Papa. Two pairs of oh-so-adorable shoes, and other trinkets.

Reagan's Nana was able to score this great crib off craigslist! My favorite part is the drawer in the bottom, it is a great place to store her extra bedding! We've even got the baby monitor up! Boy are we ready!

Don't mind the picture-less picture frames, I have the wall art done - just need to get it printed off!

I made that "R" hanging, and am quite in love with it.

And of course, her collection of books!

Here we are at the changing station! I can't wait to fill her little organizer with lotions, potions and probably a toy or two for distraction!

I really, really wanted a wood plank wall. But since we are renters, and I doubt Mr. Landlord would feel the same, Hubby and I came up with this wall accent.

Love my comfy glider, I was so on the fence with if I wanted one/what kind I wanted and how much I wanted to spend on one. Proud to say, that I am very happy with my choice not to mention the slammin good deal I got for it!

I can't post this picture without mentioning my cloth diapers!! HELLO! Are they not the cutest thing?! I love their bright colors and soft interiors. The metal can to the left will act as my diaper pail!

Also want to point out all the storage in the changing table, very excited to fill it with tinie-tiny outfits, onesies, and booties.

Both Hubby and I love our nursery! It's nice to just spend time in there thinking about what our future holds and imagining our little girls life.
